THIS is what I plan on doing the next week. I am heading to Egypt with some friends for a whole lot of sun.

I leave -3 celsius snowy Denmark at 7 AM (!!!) and arrive in 29 celsius sunny Egypt. That was an offer I couldn't refuse.

That means that bedtime is now time.

WEDDING DRESSES - there's something so special about them, huh?

Oh well, I need to get going. I went out last night and therefore have spend my entire day in bed.

There is something so annoying about the Danish way of going out. We go out late and get home late. It would be nice arriving in my bed before 5 AM at some point.

Now I need to get dressed for dinner with my study group. CIAO!

BEST BUYS OF 2012: Actually, 2012 has been real sucky shopping wise. But here you have two things I wouldn't be able to live without! 

BOYY bag. I am honestly not really wearing anything else these days.

Nike roshe sneaks. I am never getting rid of these. Best thing for my feet ever!

The Christian Louboutin Bis Un Bout pump, preferably in red. Have you seen that shoe? I still die!

MOVIES I ENJOYED IN 2012: 

Intouchables. So amazing! Have you seen it?

HIGH POINTS OF 2012: I don't think I've ever traveled as much as I did in 2012. In January I went to Hong Kong, in February a short trip to Paris, June I headed to a few Greek islands with some of my best friends, and in July I was reunited with some amazing people in Chicago. In August I joined my family on a beautiful trip to Italy, and lastly I went on a short trip to Berlin with my parents in December.

My plans are that 2013 will be just as exiting on that front.

DOWN POINT OF 2012: Part of spring was really tough due to my brother getting assaulted. 

SONG OF 2012: The Lumineers - Ho Hey. This song really reminds me of my time spend in Chicago and my friends there.

Today I passed an exam. Phew! Vacationtime for three weeks! Yay!

THIS EDITORIAL is pretty damn awesome. I love every editorial with a flower theme. I am not even kidding you guys, I have a map in my inspiration map named 'flowers'.

I've been caught up in work and exam reading this past week. Plus a few doctors appointments, a dentist appointment and a physiotherapist appointment. Take a chill, man! But this hell of a week is over on Friday as well as my exam. And that means three weeks of vacation, where a trip to warmer weather is on the horizon.

FIRST outfit pic of 2013 plus the first since October (!!). Scaringly similar outfit might I add. I have a thing for burgundy and shirts. I wanted to show you this outfit, because I am wearing a new shirt from Acne that I got as a christmas present. I really must show you a picture without the sweater at one point.

*Seriously you guys wouldn't believe how many layers I wear on a regular basis. Today (it's 5 celcius degrees, so it's not that cold) I am wearing a top, a shirt, 2 sweaters, a hoodie, a scarf and my jacket. You can never wear enough clothes!

BEST EDITIORIAL OF 2012: Bruno Tenorio in Flare March 2012. I still can't get my mind around the amazingness of this editorial. Look at those colors!

RUNNER UP: Aline Weber by Lis Collins for Numéro #132.

The best campaign of 2012 was a bit more tricky. I wasn't really intrigued by anything, but I managed to find one.

BEST CAMPAIGN OF 2012: Valentino S/S 2012

 

 

BEST COVER OF 2012: Isabelli Fontana for Vogue Espana May 2011 (this is actually cheating, since the cover is from May 2011, but I think I found it in 2012, so it counts...kinda).

RUNNER UP: Du Juan, Su Hein, Fei Fei Sun, Liy Wen, MinG Xi and Shu Pei by Inez van Lamsweerde for Vogue China September 2011 (I don't know how I happened to be uncapable of actually finding a 2012 cover. Crazy!).

Mine was so-so, but it always is. Every year I say that I want to spend my new year on a beach somewhere warm. Hasn't happened yet... 

The 1st of January I always spend in my bed with a glass of coke and TV.

That is exactly what I've been doing up until this point. But since I'm trying to make changes in my life,

I am actually now heading to a pilates class. Yep, new year, new ways.
