Suuure, my photoshopping skills are non-evolving, so yeeeah,
you'll have to deal with whatevs I come up with.

I often look through ASOS' new items, and today this little dress was up.
Surely I had seen it before: 1. I love (loved??) Luella. 2. I love Alexa Chung.

I have a hmm .. weird relationship to obvious knock-offs, but I can't honestly say I'm a saint,
but seriously, when you do a knock-off, please make the cut-out heart on the right side of the dress.

If you yourself want some Luella wipe, you can get it HERE for a very good price.
I'm gonna pass and instead watch TV while trying out some new layouts for this blog.

SWEATPANTS. I've been loving the cool sweatpants for a while now,
and ever since I saw these Isabel Marant sweats on Caroline's blog,
I knew I had to get myself a pair.
And what greater place to find them than on Topshop for 20£!!!
Get them HERE and HERE.

COPYCAT. While searching through an online shop, like Ebay, I came across a picture
of a pair of shoes on a foot that was supposed to a pair of Jimmy Choo for H&M heels
(top row, second pair), but definitely weren't, and then it hit me, that I had seen the sandal before .. in a store
.. a while ago. So I searched a little further on the net and realized that some of the Jimmy Choo for H&M
shoes look an awful lot like many shoes from actual Jimmy Choo collections.

Just look at the above picture. I know that there are differences, but overall doesn't they look pretty much a like?
I've said before that I like when you can see that the designer's real vision shines trough their collaborations with
chains such as H&M. But I'm kinda against the idea of just looking at what they've done previously and then making
something similar. Of course I don't know how this all went down, but the similarities are definitely there.
What do you all think? SPEAK UP! :D

DESIGNER VS. COPY. A few days ago I almost bought this blouse from Topshop,
because it reminded me so much of my favorite S/S 09 3.1 Phillip Lim collection.
I just wished someone would make a copy of the skirt, cause that is just MAGNIFICENT!

Oh, yeah, the Grease-party yesterday was totally the best. I had SO much fun,
and dude, I love boys dressed like the Grease dudes. There's something kinda hot about it. :D

Tonight T is throwing her sweet 18, and that's probably going to be great fun.

CIAOCIAO.

PS. For some reason the black edition of the blouse has disappeared, so it's only available in pink and white.

Designer vs. copy

SPOT. My question to you is: which is designer and which is fake?
I came across this site called chapnlle, and though they make copies of lovely Louboutin sandals, for example,
they actually make quite decent sandals. Like this pair.

I guess I've not been the only one dying for these Louboutin sandals,
and I've never really been willing to pay the price. I'm actually tempted .. cause I mean,
I did buy Zara's copy of the Balmain sandal .. so I'm not really a saint on that point, am I?

Chapnlle has done numerous other copies (YSL, Balmain, and so on),
but these Gucci ones are actually quite .. good. I'm tempted to say that I like Chapnlle's copy better.

I need to check my economy and figure out if I can buy the creme Louboutin copy,
cause it's so cute, I think. Then again .. I might find the money, cause I found that only few
versions of the amazing shoes from the Louboutin for Phillip Lim collection went into production,
and I'm very disappointed in the ones they've chosen.

Enough with the rambling. I'm headed to bed with a good movie and some sparkling water.
