I was dreaming of the past, and my heart was beating fast

S/S 09. Sooo .. Here's the rest of S/S 09 at this point:
1. Basso & Brooke:
2. Christopher Kane:
I'm totally unsure whether I actually like Christopher Kane's collection .. I think I love at some points, and hate it at others.

3. Eley Kishimoto:
4. House of Holland + Moschino Cheap & Chic:
5. Sophie Theallet + Sue Stemp + Topshop Unique:
6. Temperley London:
7. Tory Burch + Travota:

Soo .. I guess I'm ending up with 100 posts on S/S 09.
And I guess you can see that my style is so not like what fashionable people like.
I'm not up for the Kate Moss-kind-of-style.

PS. I just got dinner from Mac Donalds, and the funny thing is that it sort of tastes good when you eat it, but then afterwards you feel sort of nauseous.

S/S 09. My three favorite looks so far:
1. Erin Fetherston.
2. Jason Wu

I really loved Erin Fetherston's collection - I loved the colors and the patterns.
And the color on that Jason Wu dress is amazing!

Me and my mom just snapped a spider in the vacuum cleaner, so we didn't have to kill ourselves. Tricky, huh?
I need to go to sleep soon, cause I had to few hours of sleep.
I woke up at 9 am and couldn't sleep any longer, even though it's weekend. Crappy!

I should've never let you go

RESORT 2009. When I look through 3.1 Phillip Lim's resort 2009 show,
I'm already looking forward to pre-spring next year. I'm not sure, but I think I'm already pretty pissed at winter and autumn.
Even though the fall/winter items are fab ..

TOMMY, MY BOY. Tommy Hilfiger S/S 08 - Lindsay Ellingson & Matt Gordon by Dewey Nicks.
And best for last:

This is truly the most amazing campaign .. EVER! I love every single shot, I love both the models, I love the clothes, but most of all I lovelovelove the setting.
This will, for me, go over in the history as one of the most amazing campaign of all times.
Do you love it as much as me?
A little while back my brother worked for Tommy Hilfiger in a department store in Copenhagen, and I used to visit him when I was in Copenhagen just to look at the pictures.
At last he gave me this little book-advertising-thing, where all the pictures were, and I can't stop looking at it.

The curse of Gucci

THE CURSE. Okay, let me just say this: I really like Gucci, and I specially loved the summer collection, BUT - cause there's always a but - Frida G. is starting to annoy me to the max, with the same collections over and over again. I mean, Frida, original and innovative are not cities in Russia, they are actual words, and you should maybe try to get THAT into your collections, cause from what I've seen, it's the same you're doing again and again and ..

Just to make my point clear (all pictures are from collections from circa 2006 to now):

Let's start with the dresses - all these dresses have sort of the same print, just in different colors, and all the dresses have sort of the same look as well. Very light and flowing fabric:

And then rolling over to the jackets and pants - always canvas pants (don't know if that's the right word) and leatherjackets, paired with some lacquer (again, don't know if that's the right word) of some sort in form of bags and shoes:

Am I right, or is this just something only I see. Please let me hear your opinion!!

AU REVOIR!
