WOW, this I just love! Interesting marketing strategy, no?

SOOOO.... my Mac crashed yesterday. Just like that. I made backups just before it happened. THANK God for that!

But that means that I have zero to post the next few weeks. My old Macbook that will have to do over the next weeks is so old that I can't even connect my iPhone to it. Can you believe it? Plus it is the slowEST!

ANYWAYS - I am leaving for Paris on Saturday. Yaaay! See you when I get home.

I STARTED my day this way. Yay for January....

Plus I have major muscular pain in my stomach, since I kinda overdid the tummy exercises at pilates yesterday. Ouch!

But I'm heading for lunch with my favorite girls in the entire world. That's a big plus!

THIS is what I've been doing today: visiting the Danish Design Museum to see the Northern Women in Chanel exhibition.

As you can see from my crappy iPhone 3 shots the pictures are absolutely beautiful.

I have the book (with the pictures) as well, but seeing them in giant size has a special effect.

I would like to sit here and chat with you all day, but unfortunately university is calling my name and I have to read a whole lot of pages right now.

HOW FAST has this week gone? Insane!

I can't believe I've been in lovely Paris for a week already.

I'm doing really well, love going to school and fall deeper in love with Paris every day.

I've had a somewhat emotional day today though. I don't know why really.

I just think this first week has been a little too intense and I really miss my family and friends back home already.

I'm not really fit for traveling away from home for a long period.

Anyways - I will post some pictures soon, when I have any to post and am in the midst of doing a little guide.

I write down every good experience, café, restaurant, bar, shops, whatever to do an awesome guide in the end.

I AM SO SORRY for the bad updates the last week. It has been spend in moving hell.

We had movers yesterday while I had to pack for 3 months in Paris. It was a craaazy day!

But I am now in lovely Paris and it is absolutely amazing.

3 months here will be so awesome!

Therefore blogging will be rare, I think. Don't count on too much, but of course I will check in every now and then,

and tell you guys how I am doing.

I am starting school on Monday - so scary after 9 months of work and freetime.

IT'S STARTING to annoy me that I never get the things done I'm planning to on my off days.

I always seem to sleep 'till noon, watch TV, lie in bed, etc.

This sunday I went to the danish museum Arken with daddy,

and watched/tried(?) the installation The Blind Passager by Olafur Eliasson.

Go watch a video HERE. Very interesting and claustrophobic, even.

But what I instead should have done on my off weekend or this off tuesday was clean out my closet,

cause, seriously, I can't fit more shit into it.

OH, what amazing gifts I got this fine evening.

New friends in my life counts Chanel, Hermès, Bottega Veneta and D&G (that fall collection blew me away!).

It's 2.15 AM here, and I am DEAD tired. SLEEP TIGHT (when you get there).

I SPEND LAST NIGH looking at the Valentino S/S 11 show,

and I realized as I've many times before since Mr. Valentino's departure, how much he is actually missed in the fashion world.

I can't begin to understand how hard it must've been for him to let his beloved company go

(have you seen Valentino The Last Emperor? If not DO IT), and then to see the collections following his departure.

I would cry myself to sleep every freaking night if I was him!

Where is sexiness (no, not Tom Ford the Gucci days sexy), the amazing details and the RED DRESS!

It's not that I don't like the spring collection - it's just as good as the rest (cute and pretty),

but what is truly lacking is the sassiness Valentino always brought to his collections.

Right now the only thing left of Valentino are the details, which are still sorta great, I think.

I KNOW the fashion industry has come along way body-image wise.

But then I see a Milan-collection like Salvatore Ferragamo and see girls like the above,

and wonder if anything has even changed?

For me these girls are clearly TOO skinny - It is NOT normal to have that visible rips if you're healthy.

Do you agree with me or are these girls healthy enough?

I AM FINALLY home after our flight got two and a half hours delayed.

Those hours spend in the flight waiting. So a "flight" that should have taken three and a half hours,

ended up taking 6. Couldn't I have like taken a trip to New York in that time?

Anyways - the time is 3:32 AM, and I think maybe it's time to head to bed?
