EVERY YEAR I do a little best-of-list. I'll start off with best editorials, campaigns and covers.
Although it has been an extremely bad year print-wise. Last year I was literally blown away! Just look HERE

BEST EDITORIAL OF 2013: Shanina Shaik by Dabid Gubert for Marie Claire Australia, November 2013.
I've digged a whole lot of Australian editorials this year.

RUNNER UP: Joan Smalls for Vogue Japan, October 2013

BEST COVER OF 2013: Daria Werbowy by Patrick Demarchelier for Vogue UK, September 2013.

RUNNER UP: Gisele Bünchen for Vogue Paris June/July 2012 (well, yes, it is a 2012 cover, but I didn't find it until 2013 (I think??)).

BEST CAMPAIGN OF 2013: Dolce & Gabbana F/W 2013 campaign.

SEE? Probably why I've had zero inspiration this year. Must go back and look at my earlier reviews.

This week is gonna be tough. Work everyday... Buh! So see you!!

A COUPLE OF COVERS I've been loving lately.

Tuesday, September 17, 2013

THESE ANTIDOTE COVERS makes me long for summer even more. It's gotten cold-ish here in Copenhagen and I have a cold creeping up on me. Buhu!
Also how much of a babe is Catherine McNeil. I've talked about her babeness before HERE, HERE and HERE, so it's safe to say that I am a fan!

Woah, this week is hectic. I had school, then work, then dinner with friends yesterday. Today I've worked for 9 hours, and am now head deep in an essay about performance theory. The only upside right now is Arctic Monkeys in my ears.

Oh yeah, I got a new job at a danish fashion company. So much beautiful clothes and so many beautiful shoes I am gonna be broke by the end of the year!

What am I still doing here? That essay is definitely not writing itself. CIAO!

DOENS'T all of these covers make you kind of happy? There is something about great covers that is just so great. Just look at the first four. It might be the summer-vibes and light colors, but it makes me feel all 'aaah'.

I actually can't remember when they're all from. The Gisele one is from around July 2012, so an oldy but goody, that is really appropriate right now since I am heading for an exotic destination with hotter weather in a few weeks time.

Today I've had a very short day at work. Now I am studying at home while listening to Local Natives and waiting for a work call. Later a Bodyflow session (soooo good!!) and dinner with friends are on my schedule.
CIAO!

EVERY YEAR I do a little best of-list. I'll start off with best editorials, campaign and cover.

BEST EDITIORIAL OF 2012: Bruno Tenorio in Flare March 2012. I still can't get my mind around the amazingness of this editorial. Look at those colors!

RUNNER UP: Aline Weber by Lis Collins for Numéro #132.

The best campaign of 2012 was a bit more tricky. I wasn't really intrigued by anything, but I managed to find one.

BEST CAMPAIGN OF 2012: Valentino S/S 2012

BEST COVER OF 2012: Isabelli Fontana for Vogue Espana May 2011 (this is actually cheating, since the cover is from May 2011, but I think I found it in 2012, so it counts...kinda).

RUNNER UP: Du Juan, Su Hein, Fei Fei Sun, Liy Wen, MinG Xi and Shu Pei by Inez van Lamsweerde for Vogue China September 2011 (I don't know how I happened to be uncapable of actually finding a 2012 cover. Crazy!).

Over the next week or so I will also publish my best red carpet looks plus on a more personal note cravings, ups- and downs, best buys and stuff like that.

I'M MILDLY in love with these covers. That Vogue Spain cover starring Isabelli (picture 3) and the one from Vogue China starring all those beautiful asian models (picture 7) I seriously die for.

Just had a little chat with a friend living in London that just started out in the modeling business. I'm so proud of her! Ahaha

A BUNCH OF COVERS I've been loving lately.

I'm home in a few days, so SEE YOU!
